You will join a team of experienced consultants working with the Heads of the functional departments (Purchasing, Sales, HR) of major clients in the retail, consumer goods, industrial and service sectors. After an onboarding period of two months, during which you will be trained in the exclusive negotiation technology and account management approach of Groupe Arcante, you will facilitate training sessions.
After a successful track record in executing training assignments and demonstrating mastery of the company's technology, you will be progressively led to execute operational advisory assignments and support clients in their negotiations. A portfolio of clients will be progressively handed over to you and your mission will consist of developing the Group's share of wallet at your clients through its five brands.

You are passionate about negotiation and have a strong desire to learn a unique approach and technology to support your clients in complex, high-stakes negotiation situations.
You have a five-year higher education degree and have at least ten years' professional experience in positions where you have been required to negotiate on commercial, purchasing, human or social relations, investment or technological issues with internal and/or external audiences.You are bilingual in French and English and, if possible, have a good command of another language (Spanish, German, Portuguese, Mandarin)
You have interacted with decision-maker audiences and are comfortable with high- level contacts.You know how to work in project mode and work on different subjects simultaneously.
Curious and open-minded, you will be able to adapt to the different audiences you will have to train and, in the long term, advise. You are an excellent public speaker and find it easy to speak in public. You have the charisma and presence to convey your knowledge. Rigorous and autonomous, you have strong analytical and persuasive skills to act as an operational consultant.
You can transmit a comprehensive and powerful methodology to demanding audiences.

You have previously interacted with decision-maker audiences and are comfortable with high-level contacts.
